Floating Rate Loans
- Up to £500 million loans for acquisitions, refinancings and asset upgrades
- Maximum 80% LTV
- Term loans of 3-5 yrs
- Rates starting at 3.75% plus BoE base rate
- UK and Europe
Fixed Rate Loans
- £30 million for acquisitions and refinancing of commercial and residential property
- Maximum 65% LTV
- Terms of 7–15 years
- Rates starting at Gilts + 1.60%
- Particular focus on residential, student accommodation, BTR, logistics and industrial sectors
Bridging Loans
- Up to £150 million for acquisitions, asset upgrades, land with residential planning consent, investment stabilisation
- Maximum 80% LTV
- Loan terms of 6–24m (option for a 12m extension)
- Rates starting from BoE + 6%
- Particular focus on residential
- Properties in the UK and Europe
